Isle Of Skye Pubs & Restaurants

The Isle Of Skye has plenty of choice when it comes to eating and drinking, from a quick sandwich and coffee to the best in fine dining and service. Cafes and Tearooms are a great social place to meet friends, have a coffee and a bite to eat, especially if you have children. Alternatively go to one of the many pubs or hotel bars, most have a lunch menu and some serve food all day. Complement the food with 'the Golden Spirit of Skye' Talisker Whisky or glass of wine.

Isle Of Skye Pubs

The Isles Inn
We invite our Guests to enjoy freshly prepared dishes using Langoustines landed on the Pier perhaps ten minutes earlier or Scottish Scallops hand dived just down the road and bought straight to your table. There is Scottish Beef & Venision, or why not try the local Haggis, neeps & tatties. Vegetarians are most certainly not forgotten with choices ranging my creamy home-made lasagne to mushroom tagatelle and goats cheese & onion flan to name just a few. Finished you dinner - then why not partake of 'the Golden Spirit of Skye' Talisker Whisky. Sit in our thatched traditional Skye Black Crofthouse Bar in front of the roaring open fire and contemplate your day or perhaps listen to the live Ceildh Music which is played throughout the year.

Coruisk House Restaurant
We look forward to welcoming you to our cosy and informal restaurant where we aim to serve the very best of local ingredients cooked and presented with elegance and simplicity. Depending on what has been caught that day or is in season, we usually have Langoustine, Lobster, Mussels, hand-dived Scallops from local sea lochs. Our menus often include Salmon, Turbot, Halibut along with Venison, Wild Boar and Grouse when in season. While Highland seafood and game is our speciality, if you have any particular vegetarian or dietary requirements by all means let us know in advance and we will try to help. We have taken care to assemble a wine list to enhance your meal, and as you would expect, we stock a tempting array of single malt whiskies from across the Highlands and Islands. The restaurant is generally open from 7pm until late each day of the week from Spring to Autumn and on festive and special occasions through the Winter. Reservations are not always needed but are advisable particularly during the high Summer and to ensure we are open out of season.
